In this page they have number of clickable links in their page in the content like “Keyword Research” “Competitive Analysis” etc. Now if you click any of the link it wont take you to another page but will exactly place you where there is the content is written in detail. What function is this? What you call this function?

I have a wordpress blog so i want to use plugins to do this or if there is any easy way to do this. Please tell me if you know any such plugins in wordpress.
